Vision Statement - "Improving views"
This statement is short but is full of meaning. First, it obviously references window cleaning, reflecting the service business we have chosen, but it goes much deeper than that.
We want to help employees, customers, and those in the community, to see God in our deeds, to model principles that carry the seeds of change for them. Regardless of where they are in life (financially, professionally, emotionally, spiritually, etc.), we want our lights to shine on their journey so that they might experience a deeper relationship with God. Regardless of how they interact with us, we want them to be better off having done so.
Core Values
Character
This core value comes first with a reason. Without character, we will not have the impact that we desire. We take this very seriously. We will extend grace when it comes to mistakes and errors, giving people a chance to grow and improve in their jobs. On the other hand, we are not tolerant of violations coupled with dishonest behavior. Dishonesty is not acceptable. We need to know that we can trust a co-worker without question.

We are constantly redefining our goals, expectations, boundaries, and potential.
Our team's talents vary from person to person; that is normal. We simply believe that regardless of one's talent and performance today, he should want to be better tomorrow. We provide training to ensure that our teammates are constantly striving to advance within our company. We want people to learn and grow, improving themselves each and every day.
As a company, we want to meet our teammates where they are as they strive for excellence. Our goal is to provide resources and inspiration that are required to help them to realize that the only limits to their potential are those that they place on themselves.
No one in our company is required to share our beliefs; however, we make it clear early on that God is the Creator. We are merely stewards of the gifts God has given. For this reason, all that we do centers around Him. This includes our efforts to sow the seeds of faith in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Contributing to the community is important to us, not only in terms of providing clean windows but in upholding standards that are important to the community as well. We abide by fair trade principles when dealing with our competitors and our customers and uphold our commitment to be socially responsible as well by giving back to the community whenever we can.
